How the grades work

Every graded player prop gets a letter grade from A+ to F. The grade expresses how likely that outcome is according to our machine-learning model — a higher grade means the model considers the outcome more likely.

A grade is not a guarantee. It is an estimate, and it will be wrong in individual cases. PropMachine is for information only; no betting takes place in the app.

When do grades appear?

Grades appear about three hours before kickoff, and update once the starting lineups are confirmed — so a grade can move if the team news changes.

How are results settled?

After each match every graded prop is settled as Win, Loss, or Void where the player did not play. Settled grades stay in the record, including the ones that lost.

Subscribing, cancelling and changing plan

Without a subscription you get a limited daily preview — three prop details per day. PropMachine Pro unlocks all graded players, the AI analysis and the bet-slip scanner, as an auto-renewing weekly or monthly subscription.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. To cancel or change plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Restoring a purchase

If you have reinstalled the app or moved to a new device, open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account and data

Email privacy@propmachine.io and we will delete your account and data within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold.

Does PropMachine take bets?

No. PropMachine shows statistics and analysis only. No bets are placed in the app, we hold no funds, and we do not link to any bookmaker.
