Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PropMachine iOS app and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

PropMachine grades how individual football players are likely to perform in upcoming matches — shots, shots on target, tackles, fouls, cards and more — with a letter grade from A+ to F, produced by a machine-learning model. It also shows AI-written analysis, player trends, the best available price across 30+ bookmakers as text references, and a public record of past grades once they have settled.

The Service is provided for information only. It is not betting advice, not financial advice, and not an inducement to gamble. Nothing in it is a recommendation to place any particular wager.

2. No betting takes place here

No bets can be placed through the Service. We are not a bookmaker, a betting exchange or a betting intermediary. We do not accept stakes, hold no funds, settle no wagers and process no gambling transaction. We do not link to any bookmaker, and showing a bookmaker's price does not imply any partnership, affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

3. Eligibility — 18+

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a service of this kind where you live. The app asks you to confirm your age on first launch. We honour self-exclusion requests. We may terminate access where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will win, profit or break even. Anyone who guarantees that is not being straight with you.

A grade expresses how likely an outcome is according to the model. It is an estimate, not a statement of fact, and it will be wrong in individual cases — that is inherent in what a likelihood means. Sporting outcomes are uncertain by nature.

Prices, lines, team news and player data come from third parties. They may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and they change quickly. Always confirm any figure with the relevant source before relying on it. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

5. Your responsibility

Any decision you take after using the Service, including any wager, is entirely your own, made at your own risk and with your own money. You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws that apply where you are. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

6. Accounts

The app creates an anonymous account on first launch. You may optionally add an email address and password so you can use the app on more than one device. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. What we store is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and billing

• Free access. Without a subscription you get a limited daily preview — three prop details per day.
• PropMachine Pro unlocks all graded players, the AI analysis and the bet-slip scanner. It is offered as an auto-renewing weekly or monthly subscription. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and local tax.
• Sold and billed by Apple. Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store. We never see or store your card details.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• Cancelling or changing plan. Manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings: on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
• Founding Member pricing. The first 100 people to join the waitlist are offered 50% off the standard subscription price for the first 12 months of the subscription. At the end of that period the subscription renews automatically at the then-current standard price unless cancelled. The discount applies to the PropMachine subscription only, is tied to the account that redeems it, is not transferable, has no cash value, and is not conditional on any betting activity or outcome. If a subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the then-current standard price may apply. Places are limited to 100 and are allocated in the order the waitlist is joined.
• We may change pricing on notice. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Service;
• resell, redistribute or republish our grades or analysis as your own;
• reverse engineer the Service or attempt to derive the underlying model;
• interfere with the Service's operation, security or availability, or attempt unauthorised access;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its grades, models, design and branding, belongs to its operator and licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. Team, league and bookmaker names are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes, but the Service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including losses arising from reliance on any grade, price or statistic shown.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
